You may sign in using Sign in with Apple or your email and password. The Content provided through Habit Break is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The User acknowledges and agrees that Habit Break and With Bytes LLC are not healthcare providers and do not provide medical services or advice. The User is solely responsible for consulting with qualified healthcare professionals regarding any changes to their habits or lifestyle. With Bytes LLC and its affiliates expressly disclaim any and all liability for any actions taken or not taken by the User based on any or all Content provided through the App.

You have the right to delete your account at any time through the Habit Break app settings. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information from our active databases in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable laws.
